Betel Theological Seminary is an institution dedicated to the daily realities of the Kingdom. The school's extensive connections allow students to live in nearby favelas while working with local leaders to address the marginalization of their communities. Students here have the unique opportunity to see in a city in transition as it prepares for the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Summer Olympics. Betel has a focus on training pastors among the urban poor.
